Shelby Clayton Patterson is an experienced attorney specializing in real estate transactions, family law, successions, and estate planning. A graduate of Southern University Law Center, she co-founded the firm and leads the real estate division.

Shelby’s real estate practice is deeply rooted in her personal experience, having closed hundreds of transactions and developed a passion for real estate investing and home remodeling. This hands-on expertise enables her to provide clients with a unique, informed perspective on navigating real estate law. Her proficiency in family law, successions, and estate planning further supports her ability to help clients safeguard assets and plan for the future.

Before founding the firm, Shelby honed her legal skills through roles in the Louisiana House of Representatives and the Louisiana Department of Transportation, gaining valuable insight into legislative and governmental processes.

Outside of her career, Shelby is a dedicated wife and mother of two daughters.
